Details
SIZES: Imperial thread sizes 8-32 (.164"-32) and 10-32 (.190"-32) and metric thread sizes M4 (MJ4 x 0,7) and M5 (MJ5 x 0,8). Multiple standard counterbores from -1 through -6.
MATERIALS: Baseplate is 304 or A-286 stainless steel, aluminum, or anodized aluminum. Nut element is A-286 stainless steel with dry film lubrication. Optional epoxy primer on bonding surface of baseplate.
FEATURES: Thread-lock performance and nut strength per NASM25027 and thread form compliant with AS8879 or ISO5855. Optional non-locking nut element available.

Add to FavoritesCB2011 one-lug bracket-retained nutplate is intended for use where edge distances do not permit using standard CB2009 two -lug nutplates. CB2011 nutplates are ideal for installations such as avionics bays and attachment of lightweight structural systems.
This product is designed for use in high precision aerospace applications, especially in locations where foreign object debris (FOD) control is vital. The disposable elastic installation fixture simplifies installation and alignment. CB2011 nutplates reduce assembly time associated with traditional riveted nutplates, improve repeatability, and minimize maintenance risk. The elimination of rivets means eliminating a potential source of corrosion and/or leaks as well as stress concentrations associated with rivet holes.
