Click Bond’s Hutter Testifies Before House Committee

February 5, 2025 — Washington, D.C. — Today, Click Bond CEO Karl Hutter testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Small Business in a hearing titled “Hope on the Horizon: Prioritizing Small Business Growth in the 119th Congress.” Hutter was one of three witnesses invited to give testimony by the Committee Chairman Roger Williams (R-TX-25).

Hutter represented both Click Bond, a Nevada-based manufacturer, and the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). In January, he began his two-year term as Chairman of NAM’s Small and Medium Manufacturers Group, a top industry position in the association. In his opening statement, Hutter urged Congress to preserve pro-business tax policies and reverse the onslaught of ill-conceived and unworkable regulations that suffocate existing businesses and deter new business growth.

“Extending pro-manufacturing tax reforms will save nearly 6 million American jobs. Reducing our regulatory burden can free up some of the $3 trillion in capital currently devoted to regulatory compliance,” he said.

Hutter’s passion for Click Bond, its employees, and its twin missions of national defense and aviation safety featured prominently in his remarks and responses to questions from the Committee.
