BOOnanza is a safe trick-or-treating event for children, held in Carson City’s Mills Park.
We may think of the Carson City Community Outreach Team (COT) members as community heroes, but this fall the team took that idea to a whole new level at the Carson City BOOnanza event!
BOOnanza is a safe trick-or-treating event for children, held in Carson City’s Mills Park. Every year, over 50 local businesses in the community gather together for this free event to hand out candy. For the last couple of years, I have enjoyed taking my brother to BOOnanza, and I was excited to help the COT get involved with this fun event, which we knew would be a great opportunity to connect with local families and businesses.
With our selected theme of “Superheroes,” our Click Bond team dressed as our favorite superheroes, including Batman, Captain America, and Spiderman. Many children were super excited coming up to our booth to meet the Click Bond heroes, who shared information about our company and products, played some favorite Halloween tunes, and distributed stickers. Some even mentioned ours being their favorite booth! In all, about 1,800 local children attended the event, which was full of smiles and spooky fun. Thanks to everyone who helped make this event such a success!
