Click Bond announces Ronald Michael Felix has joined the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

Mr. Felix’s extensive experience includes design, manufacture, assembly, test, certification, and repair of complex components and systems for the aerospace industry. He has made significant contributions in the defense and commercial domains, including: aero and space propulsion systems and components, rotorcraft components, and overhaul and maintenance services. Mr. Felix has demonstrated leadership in strategy, P&L responsibility, workforce development, lean practices, and business management.

Mr. Felix joins Click Bond from Aerojet Rocketdyne, where he recently served as Vice President & General Manager of the In-Space Propulsion unit, VPGM of the Sacramento site, and VP of Operations Strategy & Integration. Prior to that he served as President of SPX Precision Components. Additionally, he was General Manager of Smiths Aerospace Components, and has held several strategy, operations, program management, and engineering positions at Pratt & Whitney. Mr. Felix holds an MBA in International Business & Finance from the University of Connecticut, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
